 PROJECT INVOLVEMENT HISTORY

Hurricane Harvey Rebuild Effort: As a consultant to Matador Project Solutions, I mobilized a few days after the Hurricane Harvey made landfall in the Corpus Christi area in early September of 2017 and was there until early December, 2017.

I provided consulting and project management support to Northstar Recovery Services who had the contract with the school districts to remediate and rebuild. I initially worked with my teammate Michael Hruska assessing the storm damage at the Taft, Rockport and Ingleside School Districts  and reporting to NRS. Michael and I then aided NRS in developing a critical path plan to re-open the schools as soon as possible.

I was then tasked with working specifically with the Ingleside School District as a liason between NRS and the school superintendent and principles. The school district is comprised of (5) schools, vocational training building, football stadium and ladies softball and mens baseball fields.

I was also responsible for estimating, interviewing subcontractors and making recommendations to NRS for contract commitments.

Ingleside Independent School District was the first of the schools to re-open.
