Pat Ferguson LEED AP
TREC Professional Inspector License #21923
I have been in the construction business in Austin since 1975.
I have a wide range of construction and management experience which includes owning and operating a construction company for 13 years that specialized in remodeling, roofing and custom home building and over 20 years as senior project manager and estimator in commercial and high end residential construction in Austin.
My experience provides me with the ability to effectively inspect and evaluate your property, at a competitive cost, and convey to you the true condition, so that your decisions are based on sound and accurate information. I will always be there to answer any questions.
I have lived in Hyde Park with my wife, Cathy, since 1976. Over the years Cathy and I have restored and updated our 1910 home. We raised our son, Clay, here and he and his family now live a few blocks away.
When not working I enjoy organic gardening, dove hunting and fishing.
